C3 Industries is seeking a Sales Associate for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Steele, MO. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with product selection, and drive sales while maintaining compliance.

You’ll greet customers, verify IDs, and help with online orders, inventory, and daily cash handling. The role requires strong communication, a willingness to work nights and weekends, and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasker with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry and verify IDs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals.
• Update customer information in the system as needed.
• Assist with questions on state required forms.
• Keep the waiting room organized and sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and genetics for desired effects.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system.
• Follow cash handling policies and daily cash reporting.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and regulations.
