C3 Industries is hiring a Sales Associate for our Missouri dispensary. The role focuses on delivering world-class customer service, guiding customers through cannabis products, and driving sales with effective upselling techniques.

You will verify IDs, educate customers on genetics and effects, and ensure inventory and POS accuracy. The position requires 1+ years of customer service experience, knowledge of POS systems, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Able to meet KPIs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service and make the customer experience top priority.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Assist customers with questions on state-required forms and update information in the system.
