David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, working with the store team to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves welcoming customers, managing alterations flow, promoting services, assisting stylists with gown fit, and maintaining room standards to support a flawless shopping experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm; adapt communication to solve problems and satisfy needs.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels and meet customers' emotional and practical needs.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store goals.
• Address customer concerns promptly and collaborate with leadership when needed.
• Explain how alterations enhance the dress and promote services offered.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance.
• Escort alterations customers to appointments and ensure pristine condition of garments.
• Respond to customer questions with product and service information.
• Build long-term relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee inventory through special orders and quality checks.
