David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to our high standards. You will greet customers, manage flow, and ensure exceptional service while supporting stylists and maintaining the alterations area.

The role requires sewing experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a busy retail setting. This is a part-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal or special occasion production.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on the phone, or via virtual chat with friendly enthusiasm and solve issues.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Perform alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, and final garment preparation to high standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
