David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist (Part Time) to perform fittings, alterations and related services with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires sewing experience, strong customer service and the ability to work with bridal garments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include managing alterations, assisting stylists with gown fittings, and ensuring quality control of altered garments while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers by phone, chat or in person with friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Manage customer flow with systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Provide alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and finishing to high standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales through gown fit consultations and customization.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized alterations area and comply with dress code.
