Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for a Lucid Studio. You’ll be the first contact, creating a welcoming experience and sparking curiosity about the future of electric mobility.

The role emphasizes presenting brand, vehicles, and services with professionalism and integrity. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with 20–25 hours per week. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer-facing roles are essential to succeed in a premium

Qualifications

Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends.
18 years old minimum.
High School diploma or GED required.
Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
Ability to pass background check and drug test where required.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
Build knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status).
Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
