Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum; High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; available for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads in CRM.
• Conduct needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are guided to the next step in their journey.
• Support studio operations, including open/close checklists and cleaning
• Provide backend paperwork and order status clarity.
