Lucid Motors USA, Inc. in Scottsdale is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to deliver an elevated guest experience in a Lucid Studio. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility.

The role emphasizes building brand connections, facilitating test drives, and supporting studio operations with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Physical requirements include ability to lift, stand, and perform tasks in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Lucid Studio and answer general inquiries.
• Capture customer leads and interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct needs assessments and guide customers to suitable vehicles.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the next step in their journey.
• Maintain knowledge of Lucid products, features, and pricing.
