Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for Lucid Studio in Santa Clara. You will create exceptional first impressions, deliver a welcoming experience, and introduce customers to electric mobility while representing an innovative luxury brand.

You’ll engage guests, gather leads, and guide them through the journey, supporting daily studio operations and ensuring test drives and displays are ready. This role requires flexibility and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer general inquiries; schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality leads and interactions in CRM.
• Assess customer needs (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on needs; refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the next step in their journey.
• Build knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles and services.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, vehicle status).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
