Job summary

Lucid Motors in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions and deliver a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest who visits a Lucid Studio.

As one of the first points of contact for our brand, you will spark curiosity, build meaningful connections, and introduce customers to the future of electric mobility while supporting day-to-day studio operations. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for the Lucid brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day to day studio operations as needed
