Lucid Motors is hiring for a part-time Brand Ambassador in our Miami Studio. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and help drive guest engagement, including scheduling test drives and collecting leads in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
Flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
