Lucid Motors in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions and deliver a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest visiting a Lucid Studio.

You will be one of the first brand contacts, sparking curiosity and introducing customers to the future of electric mobility, while representing an innovative luxury brand. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with 20-25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
