Lucid Motors in Millbrae, CA seeks a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions at a Lucid Studio. You will welcome guests, answer inquiries, and spark curiosity about our luxury electric vehicles.

As a primary brand contact, you’ll build connections, guide guests to next steps, and support daily studio operations including test drives and vehicle showcases. The role offers an hourly rate with uncapped commission, plus growth opportunities within a pioneering EV brand and

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
