Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Canutillo, TX. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing shopping experience, educating guests on AE/Aerie products, and building brand loyalty.

You will represent the company values and bring your REAL self to work daily. The role requires exceptional people skills, energy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Able to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer suggestions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done and support teammates.
