Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in El Paso, TX seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with energy and authenticity.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed while upholding our brand values. Retail experience is a plus; must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• People person who engages guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Team player with integrity and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find what they need using a friendly, helpful approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as required.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to company policy.
