American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Amarillo, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while helping resolve guest concerns in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to engage customers and explain AE/Aerie products.
• Familiar with brand loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
