Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Longview, TX. You will bring the AE/Aerie brand to life by delivering an amazing in-store experience, educating guests on products, and driving loyalty through the AE loyalty program.

You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service with energy and integrity while aligning with store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products and brand.
• Availability during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
