Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, and proudly represent the brand with your authentic self.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, fit their needs with thoughtful recommendations, and promote the loyalty program. The role is retail-focused with flexibility across sales floor and related areas.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
