Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for guests.

You will be the face of the company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll move between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed while delivering friendly, high-energy service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Availability evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
