Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent the brand with pride, share product knowledge, and help guests feel valued through friendly, engaging service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility across the sales floor and back areas, and adherence to company policies while delivering a fun, authentic AE experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
