Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Canutillo, TX to bring the brand to life daily. You will deliver an amazing in-store experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every interaction.

You will work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, staying energetic in a fast-paced environment while upholding company values and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure daily store goals are met.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
