American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an outstanding shopping experience daily. You will be the face of the brand, sharing product knowledge and driving loyalty while embodying our values.

Responsibilities include helping guests, promoting the loyalty program, and moving across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. If you love AE/Aerie and thrive in retail, this is your role.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You stay energized and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You have prior retail experience or familiarity with store environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
