Job summary

SECU is seeking a member-focused professional to provide exemplary service across channels and handle daily teller duties in Wilson, NC.

You will open and maintain accounts, educate members on services, manage cash, and balance and record transactions in the Margo system, all while upholding confidentiality and customer care standards. You will also work at the drive-thru, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a team-oriented branch environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attendance according to schedule.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Open new memberships and accounts, and process changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Record transactions in the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Prepare and verify cash shipments weekly.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations.
• Handle phone inquiries and clerical duties.
• May train in other branch operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
