Job summary

HeiTech Services is seeking a PART-TIME Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC operations. You will collect biometric information and guide applicants through the immigration process in a government environment.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required—paid training is provided, and candidates with customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Scheduling may require availability Mon-Fri up to 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicants’ hands to obtain fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Verify all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while ensuring they adhere to all processes and procedures to maintain efficiency.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of HeiTech Services and on behalf of the United States Government.
• Treat applicants with respect as customers of the USCIS ASC.
