Job summary

HeiTech Services is seeking a PART TIME - Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to assist USCIS ASC applicants with biometrics, in a professional government setting.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required; paid training is provided. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced public environment at the Portland ASC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicants’ hands for fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and visitors per facility processes.
• Provide front-line customer service representing HeiTech Services and USCIS ASC.
• Interact with the public with a cheerful, inviting demeanor and treat applicants with respect.
