Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC, in Portland, ME, is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC. You will collect biometric data and guide applicants through the immigration process in a government setting.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required—paid training is provided. Candidates from customer service, retail, healthcare or security backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Work up to 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Willingness to complete biometrics training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants.
• Verify ASC entrants are authorized and comply with facility procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service as HeiTech Services and USCIS representatives.
• Interact with the public in a respectful, cheerful and professional manner.
