Job summary

4Ever Young is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator in Allen, TX to run the front of the house, manage patient flow, handle inbound and outbound calls, and educate patients on services, memberships, and promotions in a consultative, non-pushy manner.

You will work with the clinical team to drive rebooking and retention, ensure HIPAA-compliant records in the EMR, and provide a warm, professional patient experience from first contact to checkout; bilingual English/Spanish strongly

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a medical or aesthetics front office or similar environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and follow up with leads.
• Consultative approach to guiding patients to next steps (appointments, memberships, etc.).
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear, professional communication in person, on the phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the phones: take inbound calls and make outbound calls with high volume.
• Follow up with every lead to book or decline.
• Convert inquiries into appointments and memberships in a consultative way.
• Create a great patient experience from check-in to checkout with accurate records.
• Drive rebooking and retention ensuring clear next steps for patients.
• Keep schedule and records accurate; manage appointments and EMR entries with HIPAA compliance.
• Support the team with events, inventory tracking, and operational tasks.
