Job summary

Express Employment Professionals invites applications for a bilingual Patient Care Coordinator at a private medical practice. In this fast‑paced front office role you will answer calls, schedule appointments, assist patients with referrals and insurance questions, verify basic health coverage, and help keep patient flow and documentation organized.

You will work closely with physicians and staff in a small, supportive team. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills required.
• Front office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow‑up visits
• Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, referrals, and insurance
• Verify and understand basic health insurance plans including HMO and PPO coverage
• Handle patient check‑in/check‑out processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and outside offices
• Assist with general front office and administrative duties as needed
• Support the team with a variety of tasks to help the office run efficiently
