• Knowledge of medical office methods and EMR/PM systems.
• Basic computer skills and scheduling familiarity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual; English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Collect co-pays and balances prior to seeing the physician.
• Scan and verify insurance information and demographics.
• Assist with check-out duties as needed by the front desk team.
• Maintain lobby area with magazines and ensure cleanliness.
• Support physicians and staff and maintain patient flow.
• Assist with forms and scheduling duties as assigned.
