Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2-15 under the guidance of BCBAs, implementing individualized behavioral plans and collecting progress data in clients' homes.

These part-time evening shifts offer paid training, supportive team environment, and the chance to positively impact families while earning $20-$30 per hour. Reliable transportation and HIPAA-compliant communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred with training provided

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes
• Support families in implementing treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties
• Physical activities including standing, lifting up to 25+ pounds as children move around the session area
• SCHEDULE - Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm
