Zusammenfassung

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. This role supports treatment plans, data collection, and progress reporting. You will work with children ages 2–15 in a home-based setting.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team, and competitive pay. Must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to confidentiality under HIPAA.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental delays preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to sites.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Aufgaben

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities as needed during sessions.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday-Friday 2:45pm–6:00pm.
