Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1, in-home ABA services for children from birth to 21. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support families in training for implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Engage with children in active sessions and adapt activities as needed.
