Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide 1-1 specialized treatment in home-based settings, working alongside BCBAs to implement individualized plans for children with autism spectrum disorders.

We offer flexible part-time hours, evening/afternoon shifts, paid training, and a supportive team environment. You’ll help families at home while developing skills in data collection, progress reporting, and engaged, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents.
• Reliable work ethic with clients depending on you.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically engage with clients and move with them during sessions.
