Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 behavioral treatment in clients' homes, under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours with paid training and a supportive team environment.

You will gather data, help families implement plans, and maintain communication with supervisors. Roles require energy for active engagement with children ages 2–15 in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA and company policy confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others involved.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (various activities with children aged 2-15).
• Follow BCBA/LBA directions and perform other tasks as assigned.
• SCHEDULES - Monday 5:30pm-8:00pm and Sat/Sun 10:00am-2:00pm OR Tue-Fri 4:30pm-8:15pm.
