Job summary

Achievement Behavior Servies is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in their home environments under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes ABA techniques, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinicians.

The position offers flexible, part-time hours after school, with potential weekend shifts. A strong emphasis on compassionate, person-centered care and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Most Relevant Areas of Study: Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, Special education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology
• Active RBT certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• 1:1 goal-oriented in-home session work using ABA approaches (DTT, prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcement)
• Document session data, progress notes and BIP alignment
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor and family to implement individualized plans
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and patient communication with clients and caregivers

Education

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate
