Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 home-based ABA services for children from birth to age 21. BTs work with BCBAs, collecting data and implementing behavioral plans in a home setting, with flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs is preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Must maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong task management in a fast-paced environment is valued.
• Effective written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Assist with physical activities required to engage children during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
