Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in home-based settings. You will work under BCBAs to implement treatment plans for children aged 2–15, with flexible part-time hours and evening availability.

Responsibilities include data collection, family training, and ensuring consistent communication with the treatment team. Training is provided, and compensation is competitive. Emphasis on safety and confidentiality in HIPAA-compliant environments.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist clients during sessions (standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Follow BCBA/LBA guidance and perform other tasks as required.
• SCHEDULE - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:45–7:45 pm.
