Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 home-based ABA services for children from birth to age 21, in partnership with BCBAs. The role involves implementing treatment plans in clients’ homes, collecting data, and supporting families with training, all while maintaining strong communication with the treatment team.

The position offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.

Mansioni

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area, including lifting up to 25+ pounds, and staying active with children aged 2–15.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
