Access Services in Bucks County, PA is seeking part-time Behavior Support Specialist Contractors to support intellectual disability and autism programs. You will assess behavior, develop and implement behavior support plans, and train direct support staff and caregivers to ensure positive practices and least restrictive interventions.

Starting at $30/hour, this contract role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field, and two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or autism.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavior and develop behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with participants, families and service teams to develop positive, least restrictive plans.
• Develop crisis intervention plans and train staff to implement them.
• Submit billable progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Provide training sessions and ongoing supervision to ensure clinical integrity.
