Job summary

TD Bank Group (TD) is hiring for a part-time teller-like role at our Springfield location. You will be the hospitality ambassador, guiding client flow and delivering accurate, high-touch everyday banking services while educating customers on products and self-service options.

You will identify client needs, deepen relationships, and refer clients to appropriate partners to support their financial goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military included).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve options and refer to partners as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within approved limits and escalate non-standard issues when needed.
