KeyBank is hiring a part-time Teller in East Longmeadow, MA to deliver exceptional in-person client service and handle routine account transactions with accuracy. You will identify client financial needs, resolve issues, and smoothly transition clients to a Banker for deeper wellness conversations.

You will balance cash drawers, follow compliance procedures, stay updated on policies, and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, including Saturdays as required.

Formación

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator is required.
• Notary License is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person teller services and handle transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues.
• Refer clients to bankers for financial wellness conversations.
• Balance cash drawer and follow balancing guidelines.
• Stay current on product guides, fees and policies.
• Assist on Saturdays as directed by management.
