Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates overall client experience by managing client flow in person and by phone.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador and delivers high-touch client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; refers to specialists as needed.
• Ensures risk/compliance adherence while helping clients achieve financial goals.
