Job summary

Citi is hiring a Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours) at the Westchester/Los Angeles area. The role supports customer service and sales efforts, handling basic account openings and service issues while ensuring compliance with bank policies. Excellent communication and customer relations skills are essential.

You will work on-site with opportunities to participate in seminars and promotional campaigns, with typical banking hours and a prorated compensation structure for part-time hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or similar.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars and promotional campaigns.
