Citi’s Coral Springs branch is hiring a Part-Time Universal Banker (20 hours) to support customer service and sales activities. The role emphasizes assisting with account openings, handling service issues, and creating sales opportunities within a team environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail banking or similar and excellent written and verbal communication skills. On-site position with benefits and growth opportunities at Citi.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support branch sales/service activities through seminars and campaigns.
• Adhere to risk controls and regulatory requirements to safeguard assets and reputation.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
