• Engage with customers to identify opportunities and refer to appropriate TD partners.
• Service teller lines and platform banking tasks including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings/closings.
• Manage customer wait times and schedule appointments with bankers.
• Maintain compliance with TD policies and complete required training.
