Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing roles or related volunteering/military experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training on hire.
• Strong organization skills for fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, concise and clear.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Able to schedule and prioritize work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service while processing transactions.
• Educate customers on TD products and services to meet financial goals.
• Schedule and manage customer meetings and appointments.
• Assist in opening/closing deposits and basic account services.
• Grow relationships with proactive guidance and referrals.
