Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering high-touch service.
• Process accurate and efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options and refer to partners as needed.
• Utilize banking knowledge to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Identify and escalate non-standard issues per policy.
