TD Bank is hiring a Banking Associate in Pittsfield, MA. You will perform everyday banking transactions, educate customers on TD services, and promote products to help customers meet financial goals.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior teller experience is preferred.

Formación

• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity or demonstrated via volunteering/education/military
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Performs a wide range of tasks across a Store location: processing customer transactions, opening new accounts and educating customers on TD products and services
• Delivers end-to-end advice by building trust, providing consultative support, and proactive recommendations
• Engages customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance to TD products and services
