Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow in-person and on the phone.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador and delivers relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities.
• Proactively schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Escalates non-standard issues and refers clients to specialists as needed.
