TD Bank in Lawrence, Massachusetts is hiring a Banking Associate to deliver TD’s Brand promise at a store location. You will complete everyday banking transactions and provide advice on TD products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals.

The role requires doing teller and platform tasks, educating customers on banking options, and building trusted relationships through proactive guidance. Evening/weekend availability is required and prior Teller training is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers (volunteering, education, military experience may count).
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
